We use only 100% Arabica beans from Columbia and Costa Rica. Our espresso beans are artisan roasted in Southern California each day for maximum freshness. Because our beans don’t sit in warehouses for months at a time, we never have to over-roast. Over-roasting is destroys the natural nuances of the coffee, and results in a dry, matte finish bean. Like our Specialty Espresso Beans, our Gourmet French Roast is a perfect everyday coffee for offices and restaurants that prefer a bold, intense and aromatic dark roast coffee. Typically brewed “American style”, our French roast is a blend of South American and Indonesian beans with great complexity, and a smooth robust flavor.
For machines utilizing freeze-dried coffee, we feature our proprietary freeze dried espresso blend imported directly from Columbia. We start with 100% Arabica coffee and remove the 99.9% of the moisture by freeze drying. What’s left is a rich, smooth and aromatic coffee crystal which reconstitutes instantly with hot water and is highly soluble.
We custom blend our non-fat Cappuccino Creamer especially for our Aroma Espress machines. Our creamer blends instantly with hot water and froths to a rich thick foam. It is perfect for cappuccinos, lates and hot chocolate drinks requiring a rich, milk-based cream.
Our French Vanilla Creamer is the perfect addition to any specialty coffee or Chai beverage. We use non-fat milk and REAL Tahitian vanilla beans (not just extract), and cane sugar for the perfect blend of sweetness, velvet body and intense vanilla flavor.
Our Hot Chocolate powder is medium sweet and highly soluble. It mixes quickly with water and has a high brix making it the perfect additive for both hot mochas and frozen coffee beverages too. Because our Hot Chocolate is pre-sweetened, it can be used to produce hot chocolate drinks with or without milk.
For those who prefer it, we offer a 100% non-fat creamer to replace our traditional Cappuccino Creamer. This creamer has more of the consistency and taste of skim (nonfat) milk. Because our Non Fat Creamer is unsweetened, you may have to add a bit of sugar to those coffee and Chai beverages that have a cream base.
Our instant Chai tea is a favorite for many! A wonderful blend of Indonesian teas with hints of nutmeg, cardimom, cinnamon and sweet exotic spices. Our Chai Tea is highly soluble and makes great lates and mochas too.
For those who prefer Green Tea to Chai, our green tea powder produces intense, aromatic green tea flavored drinks.
